Our childrenl recorded a CD with John Burland

MAY 2015

Our May Procession took place on a delightfully sunny day. The whole school took part in this event, during the month of Our Lady.

APRIL 2015

We were delighted to welcome Dannish Walker Khan, an athlete and future Olympics hopeful, who spent a day working with and inspiring children in all classes. Thank you, Dannish!

MARCH 2015  

Congratulations to all those who took part in the Speech and Drama Festival and Prize-Winners Concert. St Norbert's won the Infant Choral Speaking, the Junior Choral Speaking and the Adult Choral Speaking. Wow!            

FEBRUARY 2015  

Our recent Ofsted Inspection confirmed our self-evaluation and praised our children's outstanding behaviour. Congratulations to all involved

JANUARY 2015

Our Cyber-mentors received certificates as Cyber-Buddies. During e-safety week, they taught all children about what they now know!

MARCH 2016

Our outstanding performances resulted in many prizes at the Scunthorpe Speech and Drama Festival including KS1 Choral Speaking Group first prize, KS2 Choral Speaking first prize and Adult Choral Speaking first prize. Well done !

FEBRUARY 2016

Class 4 won  a prize for writing Eco Poems!

JANUARY 2016

Our Rights' Respecting Ambassadors, who held their Annual Conference for Primary Schools on January 18th, made a great impact on several other schools. Well done!

DECEMBER 2015

Our choir won first prize and £1500 of musical instruments for their carol 'Colours of Christmas' by John Rutter,  sung in Scunthorpe for the Christmas Lights 'Switch-on.'

Children were highly praised for their Christmas performances of 'No Room for a Baby' and 'Our First Nativity' which remembered the plight of refugees.

NOVEMBER 2015

Children represented our school at the Remembrance Sevices in Ealand and Crowle

OCTOBER 2015

Our children, as Rights Respecting Ambassadors represented children's rights and raised £140  for the Scunthorpe Foodbank and £260 for UNICEF. Thank you!

Our children performed for the Blind Club and were praised for their Harvest Presentation.
